Booking, deposits & rescheduling
- Deposit: a 50% deposit holds your specific date and time. Once it’s booked, I turn down other inquiries for that slot, which is why the deposit matters.
- Rescheduling: plans change, and that’s fine. Let me know at least 7 days before your session and we’ll find a new date together, at no extra charge. If it’s due to weather, that notice doesn’t apply.
- Refunds: your deposit is refunded if weather prevents an outdoor session, or if we simply can’t find a new date that works for both of us.
- Balance due: the remaining balance is due on the day of your session, by Venmo, Zelle, cash, credit card, or crypto.
